Paula began her career with Dun & Bradstreet and developed her skills by creating direct mail, online advertising and email campaigns for leading mortgage companies, financial institutions, telecom, software, online gaming sites, sweepstakes enterprises and e-commerce companies.

Jon-Thomas RoystonAccount Manager
JT joined OMI in 2015 and has quickly risen to a leadership position within the company. more
Backed by a strong background in business marketing, he is passionate about serving OMI clients to ensure their data-driven marketing initiatives earn optimum results and achieve the highest levels of ROI.
At OMI, JT holds responsibility for key accounts, overseeing the successful implementation of client acquisition campaigns, from start to finish. His areas of expertise include onboarding new OMI clients, managing email marketing campaigns, handling data and campaign reporting, and more. As an overall project and client management leader, he takes great pride in meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
JT earned a bachelor’s degree in business marketing from Concordia University Irvine, where he participated in athletics and played an active role in several service organizations. OMI is fortunate to have him on our team!
Jahiro Godinez Associate Account Manager – Channel Partners
Jahiro Godinez joined the OMI team in 2015 and today serves as Associate Account Manager more
for the company’s North American channel partner program. In this strategic role, he ensures success for OMI clients via marketing campaigns that target and drive growth for their solution provider partners. Leading up to this position, he managed direct channel efforts for a leading wireless telecommunications provider, working with the OMI team to achieve the highest levels of email marketing ROI.
Jahiro understands how to map email data needs to email marketing program requirements, and is OMI’s point person for the most critical and scalable campaigns the company is executing today. Before joining OMI, Jahiro served in a sales and marketing capacity with both Costco and Sam’s Clubs. He earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from Stanislaus State University.
Millie Trachtenberg Operations Manager
Millie joined OMI in 2017 as operations manager to ensure a smooth-running business environment for the OMI team. more
In addition to overseeing operations, she provides a wide range of client support services and also handles social media responsibilities for OMI. A team player who is focused on customer retention, Millie's background includes work in the cable industry, where she served in sales and customer service positions including a stint in New York City with the largest cable company in the U.S. Northeast. In her spare time, she enjoys pursuing an acting career and has landed a number of very fun roles. Millie earned a bachelor's degree in communications from C.W. Post College.
Angel Pizano-Hernandez Account Coordinator
Angel joined OMI in 2017 as Account Coordinator to support email marketing campaigns for our more
largest accounts and help produce the best possible results for clients. He efficiently maintains all campaign calendars and works with our staff to deliver creative assets on time or ahead of schedule. Angel recognizes the importance of organization and attention to detail, and uses his skills to provide proactive reporting and accurate campaign tracking for clients.
A fast learner who has quickly become an integral part of the OMI team, Angel has a background in marketing and communications, along with significant experience in office operations and creative design. As a colleague, his positive energy shines bright, and he has a promising future ahead. Angel earned a bachelor’s degree in interior design from the Art Institute of Sacramento.
